I am a Web product owner, solutions architect and content management platform manager with over 18 years experience in the private, government and non-profit sectors.
I am an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Champion.
In the past I’ve served as digital content and web analytics manager in the transportation and hospitality industry. Previously, I served as the product manager and project lead for the most innovative program for employee ideation, social collaboration and engagement in the U.S. government.
I’m experienced in all aspects of the web product lifecycle from strategic guidance, to software platform roadmaps, to user experience interviews and quality assurance and testing, from employee engagement programs to mobile apps.
I combine my background in Web development, marketing communication, project management and software development to help clients apply a user-centric approach to achieving their organizational goals.
Both now and in the past, I have managed client relationships and assisted with marketing communications and business development for a multitude of clients. I am well versed in all phases of product management and development using best practice agile methodology and tactics.
